After downloading the app, you will arrive at a login page.
You should see the Forgot Password option.
Please select it and enter your Pruadviser email address.
An email will then be sent with you with instructions to reset your password.
If this does not work for you, please do email us at support@rewardz.sg from your Pruadviser email and we will be happy to assist you with the reset.
