Please follow these simple steps:
1. Download "PRUrewards" from the iPhone AppStore or Google Playstore.
2. When you reach the login page, please click "Forgot Password".
3. Enter your Pruadviser email address and Submit
4a. If your ID has been created, a pop-up will appear, notifying you that "Reset instructions have been sent to your email address". The email sent will appear in the form of a "Password Reset" email. Please do check your email and follow the instructions to create your password.
OR
4b. If your ID has not been created, a pop-up will appear stating that "No active user with that email". In this scenario, please do contact your PRUrewards team at PRUrewards@prudential.com.sg.
