As soon as you have made a redemption, you should receive an email confirming your redemption as well as some instructions.
For physical vouchers, these will be delivered to your office person-in-charge at your agency office.
•If Redemption Date is within 1st to 8th of the month, the Mailing Date will be 11th of that month.
•If Redemption Date is within 9th to 23rd of the month, the Mailing Date will be 26th of that month.
•If Redemption Date is within 24th to last day of the month, the Mailing Date will be 11th of next month.
Depending on the postage provider, you should receive it within 2-5 working days at your office.
