First off, please do check your Spam box to see if the email was sent there instead.


If not, let us confirm that the redemption was made.

In the PRUrewards app, select the Menu icon followed by History. Select either Week or Month.

You should see a record of the redemption transaction here if the redemption was made.

You can also verify it by checking your Remaining Points as well as Total Redeemed Points in the Points Summary.


If no transaction is made, please do proceed to redeem the reward again.
